Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site role for a Customer Service Agent supporting an offshoring account. Based in Cairo, the role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Agent will collaborate with team members and clients to deliver quality service and build positive client relationships. Responsibilities also include managing accounts, maintaining detailed records, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, providing effective Customer Service, and working as a Customer Service Representative Strong Communication skills and ability to interact with diverse customers professionally Experience in Account Management and resolving customer queries efficiently Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and adaptability Previous experience in a BPO or similar industry is a plus Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
