We are hiring: Customer Service

Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
1-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and timely.
2-Provide accurate information regarding products/services and resolve customer concerns.
3-Assist with order processing, including returns and exchanges.
4-Handle and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency.
5-Document all customer interactions in the system and escalate complex issues when necessary.
6-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide feedback on common issues.
7-Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
1-Education:Bachelor's degree
2-Experience: 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
3-Languages: Good in English.
4-Skills: Strong conflict resolution and stress management abilities.
5-Positive attitude, reliable, and a strong team player.
