  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions (technicians, workers, site staff, Housekeeping, Security).
  • Source candidates through various channels such as field recruitment, referrals, agencies, and local networks.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and site managers to understand urgent manpower requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills and job readiness.
  • Ensure candidates meet all hiring requirements, including documentation, medical checks, and site approvals.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Follow up with hired candidates to ensure job stability and reduce turnover.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and manpower status updates.
