Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Chief Accountant specializing in industrial experience. The role involves managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing accurate financial reports. The Chief Accountant will monitor cost accounting processes, handle payroll management, and facilitate audits. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with various departments to maintain streamlined financial processes and support decision-making with insightful financial data.
Qualifications
Proficiency in financial accounting, management accounting, cost accounting, and budgeting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial reporting and auditing. Knowledge of industrial processes and experience in handling accounts for manufacturing or industrial companies is a must. Familiarity with relevant financial software and tools; expertise in ERP systems is advantageous. Ability to lead and manage teams effectively while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
