As a leader in RDQ, you are a senior technical resource and internal expert in areas of critical importance to organization who regularly interacts with senior management. You apply your broad technical knowledge and in-depth knowledge of your technical specialty to identify, define and solve complex business problems.
How you will contribute
You will be the point of contact for multiple internal and external locations on quality related topics, ensuring products meet design, food safety and quality policy requirements. In this role, you will support R&D to design products, specifications and capabilities to bring consumer-inspired quality to life. To excel in this role, you will drive implementation of regional and global strategies; identify, report, monitor and direct corrective and preventive actions associated with quality KPIs, and partner with cross-functional internal and external business partners (R&D, regulatory, marketing and manufacturing) to meet our quality agenda. In addition, you will lead regional quality programs; share best practices among manufacturing sites through quality benchmarking; manage quality incidents if required with respect to plant investigations, root-cause analysis and follow-up to protect Mondelēz International and our consumers, and; be an ambassador, driving quality and sharing expertise with colleagues to ensure that quality improvement becomes an instinctive culture across the business.

- Roll out global programs and systems to all MENAP sites based on global and category strategy. Ensure the result is delivered on strategy. Includes:
- Roll out CIQ strategy sensory, PAPAS.
- Support the Manufacturing Standard WP at MENAP level including capability building and Governance.
- Lead quality and Food safety culture initiatives at MENAP level including quality culture survey, FS & Quality months activations,
- Support IL6S/Quality pillar
- Track & Improve plant analytical capabilities
- KPI's awareness, tracking and improvement
- Support BUQA on Consumer complaints by doing needed analysis, ensuring needed RCA/CAPA is in place. Organize and lead Monthly Governance calls
- Best practices sharing & participation to Global CoP meeting
- Support New EMs qualification when required (suppliers part, quality culture & programs)
- Special situation management if relevant
Job allocation % (tentative, could change over priorities)
- Drive CIQ via leading the consumer inspired quality strategy and the quality culture program across MENAP plants (30%)
- Drive Consumer delight in product and package quality by monitoring quality KPI's and implementing effective controls across MENAP plants (25%)
- Ensure excellence in Food safety by maintaining Compliance of Manufacturing Plants to our Quality Policies and delight the Consumer by product / package with run to target including support on Q Incidents (25%)
- Drive best practices sharing by providing help guides, communication materials and role-model expert search support to the MENAP quality community (10%)
- Collaborate effectively with business partners and functional stakeholders to drive excellence and get needed support from cross functional teams (R&D, Analytical team, Global CIQ teams, MSC...) for all MENAP plants (10%)

What you need to know about this position:

- Global supporting functions: CIQ team, Supply Chain Quality, Analytical team, QM pillar teams
Job specific requirements:
- At least 5 -7 years’ experience in food manufacturing with quality background
- Ability to communicate and influence at multiple levels and across multi country/cultures within RD organization
- Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Drive for results, learning on the fly, dealing with ambiguity, informing, problem solving.
- Experience in food operation and compliance.
