  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate and support external audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize financial operations.
