Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, inventory control, and timely distribution of fashion and makeup products to retail stores. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination with retail, logistics, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, stock levels, and regular cycle counts.
- Coordinate timely distribution of products to retail stores and branches.
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
- Monitor stock movement to minimize shortages, overstock, and damages.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of fashion and cosmetic products according to quality standards.
- Collaborate with supply chain, retail operations, and finance teams.
- Prepare warehouse reports, KPIs, and stock status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in retail, fashion, cosmetics, or FMCG.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.Leadership, planning, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy.
