  •  Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  •  Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.
  •  Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.● Managing travel bookings, hotel reservations & transportation arrangements.
