  • Receive and review new hire documents and work acceptance forms, including employment contracts, Form 1, bank account opening forms, fingerprinting, and related documents.
  • Create, organize, and maintain employee files for new hires and resigned employees.
  • Record, maintain, and update employee data both manually and on the system.
  • Track employee attendance, departures, and leaves and prepare periodic reports for the HR Operations Manager.
  • Follow up on probation periods and contract renewals, prepare required forms, and coordinate with direct managers for evaluation and approvals.
  • Manage medical insurance processes including additions, deletions, and reimbursements.
  • Handle company mobile lines, including bills, additions, and cancellations.
  • Manage clearance and exit procedures for resigned employees.
  • Prepare and process social insurance forms (Form 1 and Form 6) and labor office letters.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR records and processes.
