Supervisor (Training)


  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs to ensure
    alignment with AMAN Holding's business needs and compliance with internal
    policies.

  • Supervise and support training specialists in delivering operational training

  • initiatives tailored to AMAN’s operational requirements.

  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify training gaps and propose solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Ensure logistical arrangements for training sessions, including venue, materials, and technological requirements.

  • Maintain training records, reports, and databases to track progress and compliance with AMAN Holding's standards. Manage the onboarding and upskilling process for new hires and existing employees within operational roles.

  • Ensure adherence to AMAN Holding’s policies and regulatory requirements in all training programs.

  • Drive innovation in training delivery methods, leveraging digital platforms and interactive learning techniques that align with AMAN’s digital transformation goals

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the training team to enhance performance and career growth within AMAN Holding.

Skills


  • 5-7 years of experience in training and development, preferably in an operational setting within the fintech or financial services industry 

  • Experience in supervising training teams and managing multiple training programs simultaneously

  • Previous experience leading a team of trainers or coordinators

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
