- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with the hospital’s strategic goals.
- Manage the hospital's online presence, including the website, social media accounts, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
- Set clear KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and other digital marketing data to optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance physician engagement, referral relationships, and physician alignment with the hospital's services.
- Coordinate community engagement activities, such as health fairs, seminars, and sponsorships, to promote the hospital's services and community involvement.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, website analytics, patient acquisition metrics, and other relevant data.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 8-10 years experience in marketing, including a leadership role in healthcare system.Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing, patient behavior, and hospital operations.Strong analytical ability with experience in managing budgets and measuring ROI.
