- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Customer oriented: always seeking to understand the customer needs and provide optimum advice.
- Maintain contact with customers to obtain their feedback regarding the service quality.
- Dealing with platforms (Amazon, Noon…..ets,) and social media (Facebook, Instagram…ets,).
Bachelor's Degree. Good Computer skills (word & excel). Logistics background. Very good command of English language both speaking and writing. 2 to 4 years previous experience. Logical, analytical thinking and problem solving are a must
