Executive (Personnel)


  • Maintain and verify personnel records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies

  •  Manage the investigation process for employee attitude and behavioral issues, and participate in organizing and documenting fraud-related case

  • Responsible for social insurance payments and handle all related issues with the SI office to have accurate data

  • Submit Forms 1, 2, and 6 for all employees in the social insurance system, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with relevant regulations

  • Responsible for the process of handling complaints from labor offices and social insurance offices, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements

  • Follow up on and track ongoing cases in labor courts to ensure timely resolution and compliance with legal requirements

  • Update and maintain accurate employee data in the social insurance system, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  • Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law
