????️ Job description:

1️⃣- Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
2️⃣- Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
3️⃣- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with
customers.
4️⃣- Address customer complaints and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when needed.
5️⃣- Ensure compliance with health and quality
standards.

????️ Job requirements:

1️⃣- BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is
preferred.
2️⃣- 1-3 years of previous experience as a Guest Relations Agent in the Boats and Nightlife industry or Fine dining Restaurants is a Must.
3️⃣- Proven experience in systems such as the FOH system or related field.
4️⃣- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
5️⃣- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
6️⃣- A customer-oriented and professional
attitude.
7️⃣- An outgoing personality.
8️⃣- Outstanding communication abilities.
