Key Responsibilities: Assist in delivering engaging and age-appropriate educational activities that promote holistic development in young children.
Work alongside the lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Support children in both structured activities and free play, encouraging social interactions and cognitive growth.
Help identify and address individual learning needs, providing tailored support to ensure every child can thrive.
Maintain communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and development.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching strategies and support practices.
Assist with classroom management, preparing resources, and maintaining an organized learning space.
