About the Role:
We are looking for a Fintech Operations Specialist to support and execute the day-to-day back-office operations of Breadfast Pay services. This role will focus on handling KYC documentation, daily requests, product maintenance, and compliance alignment while ensuring smooth operations across branches and internal teams.
Responsibility:
● Manage the daily operations of Breadfast Pay services with efficiency and accuracy.
● Receive and process documentation from different entities as per defined standards.
● Support and process daily requests from CX and other channels.
● Handle Fintech product maintenance (replacement, blocking, closing, status changes, address updates, etc.).
● Review and validate KYC documents received from branches according to checklists.
● Follow up with branches or internal teams on missing or incorrect
documentation.
● Compile and support in preparing daily and weekly KYC and activation reports.
● Archive and maintain proper filing systems for audit and compliance
purposes.
● Log and escalate customer complaints to the relevant department.
● Continuously ensure that all activities comply with internal and external compliance standards.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business
Administration, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in
FinTech or financial services.
● Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
● Ability to work under supervision and manage multiple tasks
effectively.
● Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and
compliance.
