Senior Social Media and Growth Marekting Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Growth Marketing Specialist to lead our organic and paid growth across key digital channels. You will own the strategy and execution for social media, performance campaigns, and growth experiments that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and course enrollments in KSA and Egypt.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creative content skills with data-driven growth thinking, and who is passionate about improving how people learn online.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and own the social media strategy for KSA and Egypt across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality posts aligned with product launches, campaigns, and key academic / market moments.
  • Create and oversee engaging content (posts, stories, Reels, short-form videos, carousels) tailored to local markets and learner personas.
  • Monitor community conversations, respond to comments and messages, and manage social media communities to build strong brand loyalty and advocacy.

Growth Marketing & Performance

  • Design and run growth experiments (A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, funnels) to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to build acquisition funnels for lead generation, demo bookings, and course enrollments.
  • Work with designers, content creators, and product marketers to build high-performing creatives and landing pages.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Define and track key KPIs such as CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, engagement rate, follower growth, and retention metrics.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, platform insights, and marketing dashboards to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations to leadership.

Brand & Market Localization

  • Ensure all content and campaigns are localized for audiences in KSA and Egypt (language, culture, tone, timing, and channels).
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to spot trends in e‑learning, social media formats, and learner behaviors.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, academic / content, product) to ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and compelling.
