This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing subscriptions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

???? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer subscriptions, purchases, and registrations through the company website.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Follow up with new leads and convert inquiries into active subscriptions.
• Handle subscription lifecycle management (activation, suspension, modification, renewal).
• Coordinate daily with accounting and delivery teams to ensure accurate order execution.
• Ensure accuracy of customer data, including addresses, notes, and special requests.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on orders, subscriptions, and customer feedback.
• Support marketing efforts by engaging with customers and enhancing overall user experience.

• Previous experience in customer service, subscription management, or sales (experience in service-based companies is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and order management systems.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong customer-focus mindset.
