Soft Services Supervisor

  •  Oversee the daily on-site soft services operations  including cleaning, front desk services, security coordination, and landscaping, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs.
  • Arrange staff schedules, monitor attendance and service quality, provide on-the-job guidance, and control consumables usage.
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for soft services, handling inquiries, complaints, and ad-hoc requests with proper follow-up.
  • Maintain daily work logs and operational records, and support service improvement and cost control initiatives.
