Front Desk Officer

  • Responsible for front desk reception at the main building entrance, providing professional, courteous, and well-groomed service to visitors and clients in both Arabic and English offering inquiries, guidance, and basic assistance.
  •  Answer service hotline calls and handle online inquiries, record repair requests, complaints, or suggestions, assign them to relevant departments according to procedure, and follow up to ensure closed-loop feedback.
  • Enforce visitor management protocols: verify identities, register visitor information, issue temporary access credentials, and notify the host—ensuring secure and orderly entry and exit.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with basic project information, surrounding amenities, and common FAQs to deliver efficient and consistent service responses.
