(Digital Marketing & Performance Manager)

The Digital Marketing and Performance Manager is responsible for leading and building the company’s digital marketing and growth ecosystem. This role spans from strategy development and branding, through managing digital channels and content, to executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to achieve sustainable and scalable growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Building and executing the marketing strategy and aligning it with the company’s business and expansion goals.

Leading and managing the marketing team, assigning tasks, and monitoring execution quality across all channels.

Defining target segments, marketing messages, and the brand’s value proposition.

Managing digital channels, including the website, landing pages, social media platforms, and email marketing.

Planning and executing digital content and campaigns that support the conversion funnel and growth.

Creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Managing advertising budgets and allocating them across channels to achieve the highest ROI (Return on Investment).

Analyzing performance and making optimization decisions based on data and continuous testing.

Enhancing user experience (UX) and conversion rates (CRO) on the website and landing pages.

Managing external agencies and vendors, ensuring their seamless integration with the in-house team.

Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure lead quality and drive actual revenue growth.
 


Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital and Performance Marketing, with strong hands-on experience in Media Buying.Proven experience in leading marketing teams and building growth systems.Prior experience in the Saudi market, with a deep understanding of its characteristics, consumer behavior, and its most effective platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
