Overall Job Objective

• To grow the company's sales of medical supplies and radiology printers within hospitals and medical centers, and to build strong relationships with customers to ensure sales targets are met and market share is increased.

Tasks and responsibilities
First: Sales of medical supplies

• Visiting hospitals, medical centers, and clinics to offer medical products (cannulas, syringes, printing rolls, radiography dyes, sterilization supplies, etc.).
• Providing price quotes and explaining the technical specifications of products
• Monitor customer inventory and identify their needs to ensure a continuous supply.

Second: Sales of medical printers (Dry Film Printers & Radiology Printing Solutions

• Presentation of medical printers, such as Epson.
• Explanation of the advantages of electronic printing and digital transformation for medical centers.
• Hands-on experience with the printer inside the center or hospital (demo).
• Printer installation and technical follow-up with the technical support team.
• Sale of medical films (dry film) and periodic follow-up on customer needs.
• Follow-up tasks and customer service
• Maintain constant communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues.
• Conduct regular follow-up visits and basic maintenance of printers in coordination with the technician
• Build a database of potential and existing customers (Sales Pipeline)

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer visits and order volume.
• Analyze the market and competitors and identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.

Required skills

• Experience in external sales.
• Excellent persuasion and communication skills.
• Negotiation and technical proposal preparation skills
• Proficiency in using computers and MS Office.
