Negotiate, renew, and manage contracts with insurance providers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and corporate healthcare partners.Evaluate contractual terms and reimbursement structures to ensure financial viability and alignment with hospital objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with payer representatives and insurance network coordinators.Collaborate with the billing, finance, and revenue cycle teams to ensure smooth operational implementation of contracts and payment terms.Monitor contract performance, payment trends, denial rates, and adjust strategies as needed.Analyze market rates, competitor pricing, and payer trends to support negotiations and strategic positioning.Ensure contract compliance with national regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.Support the hospital’s broader commercial strategy through contributions to payer mix planning and service pricing.Coordinate with legal advisors and leadership for contract review, approvals, and risk assessment.Prepare regular reports and summaries for management on contracting status, opportunities, and risks.
