- Lead and supervise the technical office team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of engineering documents and project submittals.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to align technical requirements with project objectives.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation for compliance with project specifications.
- Develop and implement technical office procedures and best practices to optimize workflow and quality.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring all technical deliverables are met within deadlines.
- Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to clarify technical requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure all technical documentation is maintained, updated, and archived according to company standards.
- Conduct regular audits of technical office processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the preparation of project reports, progress updates, and presentations for senior management.
Minimum of 5 year of experience in a technical office engineering manager role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.Proven ability to manage and coordinate technical office operations in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of engineering standards, construction methods, and project documentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.Experience working in a hybrid workplace arrangement is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work full-time and handle urgent project requirements as needed.
