This is a full-time on-site role (located in Cairo, Egypt) for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations in their assigned area, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing and mentoring sales teams, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Sales Operations skills
Ability to lead and mentor sales teams and drive sales growth
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
A strong understanding of VM guideline implementation.
The ability to develop and motivate a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in the fashion and retail industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
