- Social Media & Content Management
- Own and manage all social media platforms.
- Plan, create, and execute monthly content calendars.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, quality, and messaging across all channels.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and performance, and optimize content accordingly.
2. App Management (Marketing Ownership)
- Manage in-app marketing content and campaign banners.
- Create and send push notifications and in-app messages.
- Coordinate closely with Product and Tech teams on App feature releases, Marketing requirements and User experience improvements.
3. Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and app channels.
- Support seasonal campaigns, offers, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Marcom and MarTech teams to ensure proper targeting, tracking, and execution.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track social media and app engagement metrics.
- Analyze results and share insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all marketing activities support user growth, engagement, and retention.
