- Managing the Software Services team by carrying out reviews, team performance reviews and mentoring
- Reviewing the structure of the Software Services Team & provide a strategic roadmap to enable business growth
- Producing and executing a business continuity plan that addresses current and future business needs
- Create, maintain and enforce standards and procedures applicable to technologies in scope
- Oversee delivery of high-quality technical support to EFADA Technology customers
- Develop and execute plans that define scope, time, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution for technology infrastructure projects
- Provide management and expert-level guidance to Software Services team members
- Provide expert-level hands-on assistance as necessary with administration or maintenance of systems and infrastructure.
- Coordinate vendors and external resources for technologies in scope.
- Ensure invoicing and delivery is aligned with agreed commitments
- Perform all responsibilities conducting themselves in a professional manner.
- Follow all applicable laws, regulations and Company policies and report any potential or perceived violations of applicable laws, rules or Company policies.
