About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & Recruitment Specialist responsible for managing core HR operations and supporting end-to-end recruitment. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen CVs, interview scheduling, and participate in conducting initial interviews. 
  • Prepare and coordinate pre-employment documentation, job offers, contracts, and HR forms.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Coordinate closely with Payroll Personnel, IT, and the medical insurance provider to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Handle employee HR inquiries and support day-to-day HR operational needs.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and sourcing channels.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports and metrics.
