We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & Recruitment Specialist responsible for managing core HR operations and supporting end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen CVs, interview scheduling, and participate in conducting initial interviews.
- Prepare and coordinate pre-employment documentation, job offers, contracts, and HR forms.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinate closely with Payroll Personnel, IT, and the medical insurance provider to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Handle employee HR inquiries and support day-to-day HR operational needs.
- Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and sourcing channels.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports and metrics.
