- Oversee and manage all activities related to the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
- Supervise the preparation, review, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts to maintain integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure accurate and consistent financial data across all departments.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in general ledger accounts, recommending process improvements as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and retention of all general ledger transactions and supporting materials.
Location #Must be live in #Sahl_Hasheesh or #HurghadaMust have experience in #real_estate companies.5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (local and international).Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Experience supporting audits and implementing internal controls.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.High level of integrity and attention to detail.
