  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent GlobeMed Egypt at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition policies and best practices.
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and healthcare recruitment.
