Master Link Construction is seeking to hire an “HR Manager” immediately
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 15 years of total HR experience
• At least 5 years of experience in construction companies (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the full HR function in alignment with the company strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labour Law and internal policies.
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Manage payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, and HR administration.
• Supervise and develop the HR team and provide regular HR reports to management.
