We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring alignment with construction activities, and providing accurate planning reports to support effective management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Prepare baseline schedules, recovery programs, and periodic progress updates.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and risks, and propose mitigation measures.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management and clients.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and relevant departments to ensure schedule alignment.
Analyse critical paths, resource allocation, and schedule impacts on cost and performance.
Support claims preparation, extension of time (EOT) submissions, and contractual planning reports.
Participate in project review meetings and planning discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
