  • Administer and maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and managing candidate communications.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies regarding employee relations and workplace standards.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing employment contracts, and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Process employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll inquiries.
  • Coordinate with department managers to address personnel needs and resolve employee issues.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and uphold data protection standards.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as training programs and performance evaluations.
  • Participate in audits and ensure all personnel documentation is up to date and compliant.
