Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical team (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
Oversee the development and maintenance of web platforms and mobile applications
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
Define technical architecture and make strategic technology decisions
Manage integrations with third-party APIs and payment systems
Supervise code quality, version control, and deployment processes
Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams
Create technical documentation and development roadmaps
Identify risks and proactively solve technical challenges
