Dinari Communications is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office manager to ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.

Responsibilities include:

✔️ Managing office supplies, vendors, and facilities
✔️ Maintaining office systems, policies, and procedures
✔️ Supporting HR functions including onboarding, attendance, scheduling, and staff communications
✔️ Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings for senior management
✔️ Documenting meeting discussions, decisions, and action items, and sharing minutes with stakeholders
✔️ Preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports
✔️ Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders and handling confidential matters with discretion
✔️ Assisting with personal tasks and errands as required
✔️ Developing and implementing PR and communications strategies if needed
✔️ Building and maintaining media and stakeholder relationships
✔️ Coordinating events, conferences, and brand-related activities
