Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise and partner accounts
  • Develop account strategies and sales plans to achieve growth targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solution success
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendor representatives and channel partners
  • Develop and execute account plans, including forecasting, pipeline, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
  • Support post-sales activities, including technical support coordination and ongoing account management.
