Overview:
K-Line Europe is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to establish, lead, and oversee all financial operations within our organization. This role is pivotal in building a robust financial framework from the ground up, ensuring compliance with German financial regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to align with K-Line's strategic goals.
- Team Management: Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring seamless operation and collaboration.
- Accounting Functions: Coordinate accounting functions, maintain the general ledger, and oversee account reconciliations.
- Compliance & Tax Management: Ensure adherence to local tax laws and accounting regulations, including managing audits and tax filings.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare budgets, revenue projections, and expenditure forecasts, monitoring financial performance for proactive recommendations.
- Financial Reporting: Generate insightful financial reports for senior management, highlighting variances and financial trends.
- Process Development: Create and enhance financial policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a financial business partner to the General Manager and support board reporting, clearly explaining financial outcomes and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Legal, and Operations to manage payroll, compliance, and expense control.
- Financial Framework Development: Establish an end-to-end financial framework, selecting appropriate accounting systems and tools independent of group systems.
