Role Purpose

  • Be the front line of Rawaj-HCM’s growth engine in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Executive Search, and Capability Building.
  • You will research target accounts, build lead lists, run multichannel outreach (LinkedIn / email / phone), secure qualified meetings, and progress early-stage opportunities.
  • You will also attend and lead discovery meetings and participate in clarification / collaboration sessions with our Talent Excellence team to ensure a complete understanding of each client’s needs and job requirements before proposal or delivery.

➡ You will manage and nurture both existing client accounts and new prospects, ensuring continued engagement, opportunity growth, and client satisfaction.

  • Primary focus: 60% net-new outbound prospecting and meeting generation; 40% nurturing
  • existing accounts and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • You will operate within a three-person growth pod, collaborating closely with the CRO, Marketing, and Talent Excellence teams to align outreach with delivery excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Research: Build ICP-aligned lists of decision-makers (CHROs, TA Directors, Sales or L&D Leaders) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar prospecting platforms (e.g., Lusha, ZoomInfo).
  • Run Sequences: Execute multichannel outreach (email, InMail, calls) with testing, personalization, and continuous optimization.
  • Qualify & Book: Convert responses into qualified discovery meetings; document BANT / MEDDPICC-style notes in CRM.
  • Discovery Meetings: Lead introductory discussions to understand client goals, pain points, and requirements across recruitment and capability-building needs.
  • Clarification / Collaboration Meetings: Join follow-up sessions with Talent Excellence
  • team to finalize role details, hiring criteria, and delivery expectations.
  • Advance Opportunities: Coordinate next steps with the CRO and solution leads; support proposal creation and handoff to delivery teams.
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain 100 % data hygiene on leads / activities / opportunities and weekly pipeline updates.
  • Market Intelligence: Track buying triggers (openings, expansions, leadership moves) and feed insights back to marketing for campaigns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Refine messaging, cadences, and ICP definitions based on results and intelligence gathered.
