·Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation to closure.
·Plan, track, and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
·Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Team Leaders to ensure proper technical design and implementation.
·Translate business requirements into clear technical work plans and milestones.
·Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication.
·Identify project risks and issues early, propose mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.
·Coordinate cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, QA).
·Ensure adherence to agreed SDLC, quality standards, and security requirements.
·Support release planning, UAT coordination, and production go-live activities.
·Monitor team capacity, delivery velocity, and dependencies across multiple projects.
·Ensure proper documentation is maintained (project plans, RAID logs, delivery reports).
·Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and project management practices.
