  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in alignment with local and international standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and site visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and compliance audits.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HSE best practices into project planning and execution.
  • Ensure all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are available, maintained, and used correctly.
  • Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Stay updated on relevant HSE legislation, standards, and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and encourage continuous improvement in HSE performance across all project sites.
