• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up on action items
• Support board meetings, executive committees, and senior leadership meetings
• Improve internal processes and ensure efficient office workflows
• Liaise with international partners, clients, and senior executives
• Represent the CEO’s office professionally at all times
• Track priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives
• Assist with special projects as directed by the CEO
