Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons to diverse learners, including beginners through intermediate levels.
• Plan and prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including communicative, task-based, and collaborative learning approaches.
• Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and monitor progress to inform instruction.
• Create a positive classroom environment that promotes active participation, respect, and inclusivity.
• Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance instruction and student engagement.
• Manage classroom logistics, maintain accurate attendance records, and uphold school policies and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, share best practices, and participate in professional development activities.
• Communicate with parents/guardians as appropriate, documenting concerns and progress reports.
• Support school-wide initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Entry-level to early-career teaching experience is preferred but not required; internship or student-teaching experience is a plus.
• Strong command of the English language, with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Clear and effective communication and classroom management abilities.
• Adaptability and a growth mindset, with the ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Basic proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
• Ability to work full-time in Egypt and comply with local employment regulations.
