Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

  • Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze customer requirements for CRM system implementation and conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes.
  • System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet customer requirements. Implement and maintain CRM entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
  • Custom Development: Develop custom plugins, JavaScript, and .NET code to extend CRM functionality. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues within the CRM system.
  • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition to Dynamics 365 CRM. Validate and cleanse data to maintain data integrity.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on system functionalities and provide post-implementation support and address user queries and issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes. Develop user manuals and training materials.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers. Work closely with customers to ensure alignment between CRM solutions and business goals.
