 Summary/Objective

•  The function of this position is to manage the execution and coordination of Construction projects in Coordination with Construction Manager and/or Salesperson/Account Manager. 
• This position will be responsible for developing and presenting creative, solution-based workshop execution plans for the team/customer in the areas of space planning, drafting/CAD if needed.

 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. 
• Managing assigned construction projects.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales. 
• Overseeing building work. 
•  Undertaking surveys. -  
• Setting out sites and organizing facilities to Ensure Compliance & making sure that project work stays compliant with industry standards, specifications, building codes, and design instructions. - Supervising contracted staff. -  
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager. -  
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site. -  
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork. -  
• Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials. -
• Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to. -
• Create drawings in AutoCAD and/or Revit of workshop drawings & execution if needed (typical, furniture plans, 3D’s)
