  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and technically guide a team of junior and senior architects and draftsmen. Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure all deliverables meet strict project deadlines.
  • Technical Quality Control: Review and approve architectural shop drawings (e.g., masonry, reflected ceiling plans, floor finishes) for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project specifications and local codes.
  • Disciplinary Coordination: Manage clash resolution by coordinating architectural drawings with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs to resolve conflicts before construction begins.
  • Documentation Management: oversee the preparation and submission of Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify design discrepancies and review Material Submittals to ensure they align with approved drawings.
