Client Escalation Manager – U. S. Real Estate (Remote)
Pay: $6–$8/hr Schedule: Mon–Fri | 9:30 PM–1:30 AM (local) Hours: 4 hrs/day → Full-time after probation
Role:Own and resolve high-priority client escalations for a U. S. real estate business. Handle unhappy/high-risk clients, de-escalate issues, diagnose campaign/data/lead problems, and deliver recovery plans—without involving leadership.
Requirements :
* Proficiency in English (no accent)* Real Estate experience as Client Success Manager* Real Estate experience as Account or Data Manager* Strong knowledge of U. S. lead gen, cold calling, investor expectations* Confident with U. S. clients
