Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The role will also include property assessments, market analysis, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License Proficiency in Real Estate knowledge and expertise in Real Property management Strong Sales and Customer Service skills Ability to conduct market analysis and remain up-to-date with real estate trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly organized, motivated, and capable of meeting sales targets Experience in the New Cairo real estate market and familiarity with local regulations is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
