Job Description
We are looking for a MEP Estimator to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for MEP systems in construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Perform Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from drawings
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams
- Analyze materials, labor, and subcontractor costs
- Support tendering and bidding processes
Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Excel
- Revit MEP (preferred)
- Good communication and analytical skills
