Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work aligns with contract drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Technical Supervision: Interpret complex drawings (structural, MEP, etc.), perform surveys, check calculations, and provide technical guidance to junior staff and subcontractors.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise with project managers, clients, designers, authorities, and subcontractors; report progress and impediments.
  • Resource Management: Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently; monitor costs.
  • Quality & Safety: Implement and maintain quality control measures and strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
  • Documentation: Maintain site diaries, progress reports, material reconciliation, and prepare as-built drawings.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues and unexpected challenges that arise during construction.
