  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve membership growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and operations staff, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in sales and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the facility.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and team achievements to senior management.
